- For me it’s like this; It has to be classic, catchy, with a bit of romance, definitely relaxing, a sound you can sleep to, but also something you can hear all night and not get tired of. One day I plan on owning a coffee shop and to me, the music played is just as important as the coffee and food served. The music plays a major roll in the shop’s environment and I don’t know about you but when I go out to eat, how the place looks and feels to me s my first judgment.
